Our Story
At Unique Physique Southside, we started our journey with a simple goal: to help people live healthier, happier lives in a group environment . Since then, we've grown into a community of fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about sharing our love for fitness with others.
Unique Physique Southside owner & trainer Jess believes in helping everyone. No matter if you are the top of your sport/fitness or just starting out, all programming can be advance or scaled to help you achieve your health & fitness goals .

At Unique Physique Southside we are a community base facility located in Everleigh Estate, Greenbank, Our Personal Training group sessions range in locations over the week depending on the day. Ensuring that our clients have everything they need to achieve their fitness goals We run sessions 7 days a week across the below venues.
